The Power of Having a Vision - Part One

For many years I heard that you had to start with a vision for your business or your life if you really wanted to succeed, but no one could explain to me why it was needed or how it worked from a practical or scientific standpoint.

When I was young and naive, I was skeptical and wanted empirical evidence showing me why I should invest my thoughts and time into really thinking about a vision for my life and business, and why getting absolutely clear by writing it down was imperative to my achieving success.

At the ripe young age of 21, I got into business at a very young age. For the next 26 years, I stayed on a healthy mental diet to train my brain, and followed the belief of allowing the universe to guide me and bring me whatever I needed to fulfill my visions of being financially free and living an extraordinary life.

After building four multi-million dollar businesses - one of which grosses more than $5 billion a year in sales - and having made millions of dollars for myself and others, I began to search for the answers to the question I'd had 25 years earlier - Why is having a clear and precise vision so important?

Since I wanted more for myself, I sought out the best minds, researchers, and teachers in the world to teach me how to have an abundant life in all areas.

So, what did I learn that you can apply immediately and benefit from my lessons?

Simple: without a clear and precise vision of exactly what it is you want, you'll never reach it or have it.

Now of course I will not leave you hanging without understanding why.
My research has taken me into the world of quantum physics and neuroscience for the answer to the question "why is it so important to start with a vision?"

Let's start with the world of quantum physics. First and foremost, quantum physics is the study of how the very small world, one we cannot see with our eyes, operates. Since we live in two worlds - one that we can see - and one that we cannot, it's important for us to know what these two worlds offer us. Scientifically we now know that even though we cannot see any connection, both worlds are totally interconnected at every level.

Newtonian physics helps us understand how to navigate the known physical world, and quantum physics helps us to understand the very intelligent non-physical world in which everything is connected to everything else, and from which and all known physical "things" are manifested.

What we've discovered in this new realm of quantum research is that whatever we focus on and emotionalize often, is what we will attract and actually see in the quantum field of all possibilities, or better yet, probabilities.

As weird as this may sound, this is now being proven without a shadow of a doubt. What this means is that the more clearly focused we are on exactly what we want, the easier and faster we'll manifest everything we need to make it a physical reality.

Since all material things move from the non-physical to the physical reality, our vision and goals are paramount in the process of achievement. Our vision and focus acts like a magnet that attracts and connects the pieces together.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the universe operates by natural laws, exact precision, and perfect order. Our vision, then, must also be precise and exact in our mind in order for whatever we need to be attracted and shown to us by the intelligent forces that govern all of creation. When we focus our brain on what we want, we actually increase the amplitude of the cellular vibration and cause the "attraction" factor to really take shape.

Just like a magnifying glass can focus the sun's rays and create a fire, focusing on our vision and goals keeps you in the right vibration and attraction field.

When we choose a vision or goal that is bigger than our current reality, we are in essence creating a gap or a vacuum between what we want and where we currently are. We know from natural law that nature fills a void or gap in the fastest and most efficient ways possible.

Do You Really Need A Job or Feel Maximum Incommodity

Noting that many of our culture and society dislikes incommodity, incommodity according to most dictionaries is defined as inconvenient. Generally incommodity is logically and truly defined as something that causes that causes difficulty, trouble, or lack of ease. Society is indeed correct when it comes to its definition, however, you should shape and build your own definition when it comes to such magical word.

My years of research and learning for many of our situations involve similar patterns; incommodity may bring the maximum best of you in a state of intolerance. A state of intolerance meaning as something that you highly dislike, however, noting lovable results when such intolerance have been successfully dealt with and ended by you With that in mind we should sub-consciously ask ourselves; are life best visions acquired with ease

While a job might bring positive social distraction it might not be the best option for you if being in a job is just a state of survival, of just putting food on the table or perhaps in your case, for accomplishing tasks that might bring greater joy and satisfaction to others as a good son or daughter. Safety and being secure is something loved by everyone healthy and responsible; however, it needs to be said from personal discoveries that it might not be the wisest move for your specific situation.

Most of us want to satisfy and bring joy to our immediate family, relatives, friends and perhaps, other people we still do not yet know- however, if according to Dr. Ephrem and his great modern research of life span if retire from a job at an age of around 50, we can expect to live to age 86, another whooping 36 years than you would be very happy if a purpose is set. Judging such studies and research conducted from such popular doctor, we might even believe that we may live up to 150 years of age if we retire in our mid 20s.

With minimum amount of humor but with strict notation from many experiences, if the expectancy of life is notably less than 86 years of age for few of us and less for others who do not follow such inverse relationship, than you could say with true bases of incommodity: I need to retire right now or retire very shortly in the next months.

Life is truly a magnificent gift. However, if you are one of those who think that life should be lived on agony and with unpleasant views for next days work, you should highly consider retiring anytime soon noting that you may be fine for the better in the long term. Most importantly, noting that the purpose of you still being in a job might already have possibilities of being successfully achieved because of your dexterity and already established relationships in such field, you should resign if the short term and long term results will be much healthier for you and your loved ones.

Something I would definitely like to remind you, if you have a job, make sure you really enjoy it. Make sure that such tasks that you do on a daily basis are consciously and sub-consciously fun. Most importantly, make sure that whatever is that you end up doing correlates with your actual working strengths. You will have more chances of living a life of eternal joy and happiness

In addition, you should have these extinguishers tested regularly by a professional and staff should be made aware of their positions and how to use them.

9) Finally, as part of your fire safety strategy detailed records of all the above should be taken in order that you have a file that contains all of your fire procedures should it come to the time of an inspection. What Should Be Included in a Sales Agreement

Sales agreements are often full of fine print and obscure legal terminology, but most of them boil down to a handful of basic points. When you draft a sales agreement, be sure to include these provisions to ensure clarity and enforceability:

1. Description of the Parties and Goods. The Sales Agreement must contain a detailed identification of the parties involved in the transactions and the goods or services for sale. What is the selling party offering to provide When will they provide it If extensive or ongoing, this list may be in the form of a separate list or schedule attached as an exhibit.

2. Cost. The sales agreement must address the compensation or cost for the items, including the total payment due, along with the time and manner of payment. If the buyer plans on paying in installments, the agreement must describe the installment plan.

3. Delivery. The sales agreement must address all aspects regarding delivery of the goods. Which party will be responsible for physically delivering the goods When is this delivery to occur Will the buyer be inspecting the goods before delivery When must this inspection occur If necessary, will conveyance of title occur at the delivery point or at a later date This provision must carefully answer all these questions and address any other applicable delivery issues.

4. Liability. The agreement must identify which party is responsible if the goods are lost or damaged during delivery. Usually the seller is liable for damages if damage occurs during delivery, however this may not always be the case and can be drafted otherwise.

5. Escrow. In applicable cases such as real estate or wholesale sales agreements, the agreement must identify whether or not the buyer will be depositing money in escrow, which bank will be acting as escrow agent, and when and on what conditions the escrow money will be released.

6. Liquidated Damages. The sales agreement may contain a liquidated damages clause. This clause should state that in the event of breach, the breaching party shall be liable for all of the losses, including lost profits, suffered by the non-breaching party.

7. Representation of Warranties and Guarantees. If applicable, the agreement should contain any applicable covenants, warranties, or guarantees the seller is making in respect to the goods being sold. This may include a guarantee that the seller is the lawful owner of the goods and the goods are owned free and clear from any liens, encumbrances, or title disputes.

8. Disclaimer. If applicable, the agreement may contain a disclaimer provision, stating that the goods are being sold "as-is," and the seller will not be liable for any defects, patent, latent, or otherwise. This provision is usually reserved for the sale of used goods.

9. Integration. The agreement should include a clause which recites that the agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter involved, and that all prior agreements, express or implied, oral or written, are hereby superseded by this agreement.

10. Severability. The agreement should recite that if any provision of the agreement is deemed void, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the agreement, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Modification. The drafter of the sales agreement may want to state that except as otherwise provided, the agreement may be modified, superseded, or terminated only upon a written and signed document of the parties. This will prevent confusion that may occur if the parties were able to modify the agreement orally.

12. Governing Law / Execution. The agreement should conclude by identifying the governing jurisdiction, most likely the state where the contract was signed or goods delivered, and should contain signature lines for all parties involved.

These are the most important provisions of a sales agreement. Each provision should be drafted carefully to avoid confusion or differences in contract interpretation.
